    Content here is general. It does not advise you on your own investments, taxes, legal position or insurance, and it does not know your facts. An article on index funds describes how they work. It does not say you should buy one.

  2. No relationship

    Reading a page, running a calculator or sending a form creates no advisory, brokerage or fiduciary relationship. No personalized advice is given on this site.

  3. No guarantees

    Past performance does not predict future results. A scenario is not a forecast. A savings-runway estimate built on this month's spending can be wrong by next month.

  4. Third parties

    Links and ads lead to other parties. We do not control them and do not endorse them. Their content and terms are theirs. Read their terms before you act.

  5. Advisors

    Each advisor acts for themselves and not for this site. They give you Form ADV and Form CRS disclosures before you engage them. Fees are agreed with the advisor, not with this site. A registration check at sign-up is not an endorsement.

  6. Errors and dates

    Figures and rules change. Content can be out of date. Check the date and source before you rely on a figure. Report an error on the contact page.
