Eight rules

1. § 01Purpose

   The site publishes general financial education. It gives no personalized advice on investments, taxes, law or insurance. Reading it creates no advisory, brokerage or fiduciary relationship. An article on paying off debt is background, not a recommendation to pay off any one debt first.

2. § 02License to use

   Personal use is allowed: read the site and save a copy for yourself. You may quote short passages with attribution. Scraping, automated collection, republishing and resale are not allowed. We keep the copyright.

3. § 03Calculators

   Calculators state their assumptions and run in your browser. Output is an illustration: a savings calculator with a fixed return shows one scenario, not a forecast. Change an input and the output changes. Check the assumptions before you rely on a result.

4. § 04Matching

   A match is free and creates no obligation; the form does not bind you to anything. A team member reads your request and follows up to confirm the need. Then we match you with a licensed advisor who specializes in the area this site covers. We may decline a request.

5. § 05Advisors and fees

   Advisors operate independently of this site. Before any engagement each advisor provides their own disclosures. Any fee is agreed between you and the advisor. We are not party to any advisory agreement.

6. § 06Advisor accounts

   Advisors pay through a card-payment provider; this site does not store card numbers. Fees show before purchase. An introduction does not guarantee a client. We may refuse or suspend an account; each advisor is responsible for their own registration, compliance and marketing rules.

7. § 07Liability

   To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss that follows from use of the site, a calculator output, an ad, a linked site or an advisor. Links, ads and advisors are separate parties. A money decision made from a scenario model is your decision. We give no warranty that the site is complete, current or available at all times.

8. § 08Changes

   Terms can change. The posted version applies. Continued use is acceptance.
